I'm spending the weekend at the seaside town of Clacton with friends that I haven't seen for probably about 12 years!

I might even go for a little run by the sea if the weather isn't too bad

I've got a club night out tomorrow, but I'll also manage to squeeze in a guitar lesson, gym session and 12-miler over the course of the weekend.

I am doing sport relief mile with my 8 year old son - his first ever "race", think he is catching the running bug

Broadlands 1/2m for me and SWMBO Sunday...number 11, of 12, of club champs.
Leece has entered too...will be her longest race to date....so best of luck to her.

Organisation was shocking again, delayed for an hour as well.

I did good and bad

The good was I knocked 6 minutes of my PB time for a half but the gutting news was I missed out on the magical sub 2hr by 23 seconds.

That will teach me for stopping to use the facilities half way around.

On a positive note, feel great this morning so the training must be paying off as this time last year I could not move, just need to do some speed traing I think in the summer.
