There may be some scope for a slightly more up to date and involving 10k table in future to tie in with PB's set in people's profiles, though don't hold your breath

My only 10k time so far is 46:42 in this years Manchester 10k (think it was April ?). Target for next year is a sub 45, hopefuly more.
