Marathon PW Coming Up!!
SWMBO and I are running the K42 , together,in Davos, Switzerland, on 26/7 ...it could be worse ...we could have entered the K78!!

Over the first 23.8k we climb 1890metres...the rest is all downhill with overall descent amounting to 1710m.

So the question is how slow will we be!!
SWMBO's marathon pb..at Edinburgh 9 years ago...is 4hrs 1min.
