It includes the Essex AAA 10k Championship.

If I did run,it would be 3 10k`s in 6 weeks after never having run a race since school 30 years ago.

Isn't Chelmsford flat? That will be those few seconds off then???

You shouldn't overdo the racing Dave..your legs will need recovery time. You could get an injury and then be lost to running for good!
