No, too comfy in my present home! But must get out and run later, I feel like I won't be able to do it still. Surprising that when you aren't running, you see runners everywhere!

I too am BACK !! :-) (hello everyone)

Been really knocked sideways for a month or so, breathing problems, heart pains etc. (quite scary really).

Seem to be alright now ! - might even go for a run soon ......... or maybe wait until the new year!

Bagpuss/Granty.

Sorry you've been suffering...Bagpuss..not lost one of your nine lives I trust!

Take it steady now you are back on the road..build up your runs slowly to build strength and be careful if you continue having heart pain Granty.

Thanks everyone. I've missed you too!

Have a good Christmas everyone and a good 'running' New Year!

I shall be back out on my 'patch' before long, hopefully I should manage to run a bit further than the end of the road! I've got a nice new reflective collar so I won't get run over.

Thanks Steve, history of high blood pressire in the family, my Grandad died of it, and dad has had 2 heart attacks.

Seen the quack and I think I'm OK now, he suggested a diet change, almost chocked on my Mars bar when he said that

Seriously 'tho, I will be taking it steady for a while and building up slowly again.
