Taking it slowly, hope to be back on form within a few weeks, but illness and Christmas has taken its toll!

Hey Nellie,

I'm only just catching up with Runners Forum again today, so have only just seen this post. Have you bought yourself a watch yet? If not, I have a Timex watch that I can post on to you. It's almost brand new, bought it last August. But I am now the proud owner of a Garmin Forerunner 305 (Christmas pressie from my husband), so no longer need the Timex. You can have it for free, just to say thanks for the extra motivation you gave me some weeks ago. It has a stopwatch chronometer, timer and interval functions. It is a man's watch (not ladies), but I preferred the looks of this when I bought it. Besides the bigger dial makes it easier to see the numbers whilst running. It's not a pedometer though. Let me know.

PS. I've just checked the watch - it is a Timex Ironman.

Ahhh Karen that is so kind of you....if you are sure I will post my address to you via pm, thank you so much...I bought a cheap pedometer to see what they were about but it is crap (excuse my french) but it was really heap.

Thanks very much again...

Kindest regards

Lyn
