I`m in town for a few on Thursday.

After that my will power will be tested big time.....

Just a couple of pints Friday & Saturday.....

Nervous, sore knee, tight hamstring, too much beer.

Wont get much sleep Saturday night.

The knee is a bit sore, but I dont think it will be a problem.

The problem I`ve got is that 13 miles seems to be getting longer the closer it gets to Sunday.

It also seems a bit odd doing almost no training this week.
