My race was 10 miles NOT a half marathon Granty. I've got that to look forward to at the end of May.

I'm booked in for a sports massage on Wednesday can't wait.

Must admit to being suprised at my own time.

Yours was a bloody good run as well.You must be well pleased to have knocked a big lump off your PB.

My biggest problems now are:

I really hurt this morning (Legs & head), and I cant ever imagine running a half marathon any quicker than I did yesterday.

Just looked up the officail times. Chip time. 1:56:44

Brilliant time Dave you must be well chuffed. I think its normal for your legs to ache as you must have worked them quite hard (well I hope so as I'm having difficulties walking......and as for any extra marital curricular activities I think I'd cry).

A sports massage would really help lossen them up. I'm assuming the head is from a few celebratory pints.

I hope you don't mind me now admitting Dave but I took part yesterday as well in the Brentwood 1/2 and was really impressed with the course. I didn't want to say anything earlier and rain on yours and granty's parade so to speak

I think I also saw you yesterday, but didn't have the courage to approach you, was you wearing a skirt... sorry was you wearing a running jacket with the wadhurst runners on the back and there was a lad with you asking you how you felt and you said your leg hurt?

If it was you I wasn't earwiging I promise but you just walked straight past me and all I did was stare and try and imagine a pint glass in front of your face, if it wasn't then you have a double, but obviously with out the pint glass, phew got all that out.

I was only thinking about it and made my mind up on Saturday with the hope that I would still get a running number.

I didn't want to take anything away from you and Dave, as I had already done Silverstone the weekend before, but thanks all the same.
