by the way thought I would mention I ran my first 10 mile race yesterday, and did it in 1:23, which I really chuffed with, it wasn't the hardest course I have run but was certainly testing.

Thanks Dave, I didn't find it too bad, there was a bit of a head wind which kept things cool

You should do it next year, there is some thing nice about getting to 8 miles and realising there is only 2 left rather 5 on a Half, that thought really perked me up.

Also would like to add, that not only did I complete the race with no problems, but I managed to walk to the pub and back in low heels and get the mother of all blisters on my heel, how fair is that
