Went to the club tonight and it was cold, wet and miserable! And I loved it !!! I think I have found where my mojo has been hiding. We ran 5.5 miles but were a bit slower than usual but that suited me.
Cluck hope the injury heals soon and you can get back out there. I now appreciate how annoying it is to be sidelined but it is worth the wait to be fit and healthy!

I think it's the one where you crouch, jump back into press up position, jump back, jump up in the air. Very silly pasttime if you ask me!
6.19 done last night. All around town and on pavements - a bit boring but much more enjoyable than yesterday's run, - no wind or cliff edges to contend with!

I'm glad your mojo has come back now, mine has sufaced again recently. I just want to hold on it the next few months, I think I need a cage for it then it won't escape again
It's my day off work today so I've done a run of 5.3 miles whilst the weather is fine. As that's two runs so far week I'm going to go to the gym tomorrow night and then will run again at the weekend.

Some good stuff going on ladies. For me, I have a throat which feels like I am trying to swallow razor blades and feel all achy. So I'm out of the game for a few days at least - missed last night's planned intervals :-(

I think it's safe to say you wouldn't want one for Christmas.
The link came from here I think where there's a demo. Obviously I'd do some, but with a baddy foot it would be too dangerous

Thanks for the gen - I think I've lived long enough without them to really feel the need now!

Get well soon Vix.
Weights and sit ups for me tonight, probably won't run until Friday now as time is tight and I have a hurty hip again.

Well back at work today to the news that my dept has an ofsted review next week. Joy, just as marathon training getting going. I'll be far to exhausted to run much
I imagine if past experience is anything to go by. I'll keep the long runs and just hope I don't lose too much fitness.
Glad people are finding their mojos! Some v good running ladies. Keep it up!
Get well soon, vix x

Oh no. I think we're due a Estyn inspection (Welsh equivalent I think) in the next couple of months. Don't envy you at all

As tomorrow at work is a 'late' day (11.30 - 20.00, one Friday in four) THE PLAN is to run before I go! It'll be interesting to see how this works out as I also work late every Monday and I think I need to run before work that too - no use trying to plan for after work. So, watch this space to see how it works out.

At least you'll get to run in the light, hope your plan works for you
I went to the gym tonight and did a mega work out session. For some reason I programmed a performance workout into the cross trainer thinking I could manage it for 30 minutes! It turned out it was for 60 minutes and went up to resistance level 13, but being the crazy person I am I decided I would complete it. So I burned a total of 800 calories at the gym the most ever for me I think. Getting out of bed in the morning should be interesting, I've got ibuprofen at hand
