i agree , iboprufen only masks the pain , but it does what it says on the tin , pain relief , but at the end of the day you need to get to the route of the cause , and that is usually rest .

Actually many physios (even NHS) ones will use some form of sports massage/tissue manipulation in the treatment of muscle injuries.

Ah ha - I knew I read something about a headache pill doing something like that, as I'm allergic to Asprin its no good to me
