One Year On........
Ran the Southend 10k yesterday.
last year this was my first ever race,and I proudly finished in 53:47.
A year later,with 1200 miles training and a lot of races behind me I finished in a time of 47:19.
Am I pleased....? You bet.
Thanks for all your support and advice guys....................
