Tuesday's question
Will I break 20mins for the 5k time trial tonight?
Last time I did 20'21" but I'm feeling fitter...despite a sore knee ...and did the xc (6m ish, despite what it says on the race section of my profile) in 42mins Sunday.
5k pb is 20'04"
Weather seems set fair, if a bit chilly.
Whad'ya think??  |

I do....along with xc races.
Prefer longer events ...no time in short races to get going....plan to do a decent warm up tonight though! |
