What Will He Manage??

My first ever attempt at starting a thread with a poll!

Okay my first race since October is on Sunday and I've put some weight on - I may not be on top form but I'm definately hoping/expecting to be faster than this time last year.

Just as a bit of a laugh, i'd be interested to see what you guys think my finishing time might be this year?...

Official results not out yet but I *think* it was in the 47:00 - 47:59 category - As per usual I completely forgot to stop my watch as I finished, lol.

Over the moon with the run though, couldn't have gone better for me! Finished 12th out of 500 odd - A HUGE improvement over last year!

I would've voted that you'd get mis-marshalled, become completely lost, stop to ask for directions, mug a passing toddler, and eventually finish in 4th place on your newly acquired tricycle...
...before being disqualified for porridge-doping.

But there wasn't a category for that.

Thanks for the praise everyone, it really has given me such a lift!!! It was just one of those days when everything comes together as you'd like it too, except I didn't expect to manage sub 4min km's at all! I tihnk I could probably run the race another 4/5 times and not manage the same performance.

Thrown in for good measure was a PB as I crossed the 10km marker!
