I might sign up for this one when I can muster the confidence! Will pootle my 10k tonight and see how I do - the last person last year did it in 68 minutes. I don't mind coming last, but if I'm going to be an hour behind everyone else I might just come for the social!

Another good idea for this thread would be to update the first post with the time/date/place information so people can just go there instead of having to get through pages of discussion.

I've only just come across this thread and after spending an hour reading it to find out when and where, I'm definately up for it. It'll be my first 10k, well my first race in fact so will be a laugh to see you lot sprinting off into the sunset.
