The only time I spit is if I get a fly going in my mouth (which seems to happen a lot around my area)

I have to spit all the time when I am running, like every 5 minutes or so. Swallowing it messes my breathing up and is not nice. Playing a football game makes me spit even more, especially after a fast spring, dont know why, probably some explanation.

I never spit, whether I'm running or just walking about in my every day life. I think it is disgusting and people who spit should be taken out and shot Can't people learn to swallow? |

I've often wondered the same thing
I wouldn't spit whilst just walking around or anything - it just seems that when I'm running I develop saliva that starts to become thick and sticky - certainly not something I'd want to swallow! |
