omg where is this going?!

I used to be really bad with having to spit but I have found out certain foods make me produce more phlegm (sp?) ive changed from white bread to brown which has made a massive difference. think its to do with my asthma and eating less processed foods.

i cant get anything to make the snot go away tho!

Note to Self... Don't go running with Pedestrian!

I have a good golly when i'm out running, it's the law almost, when i'm working hard I like a good spit and I try and beat it to the ground.

I always thought of spitting while running as the result of unmanaged breathing : when i use my belly to inhale and exhale , i don't feel the urge to spit. May be the more fit you get, the less spitfire you become
