hello and good morning... i was wondering if anyone could give me a little advice.. while out running,,, i have a horrible chest pain... its only lasts a few mins, and i keep running, struggling... and then its gets better... i was running at dusk could it be the cold air, or tiredness.. its weird...

do you have good control over your breathing? any history of athsma? if you are getting cheast pain you should see a doctor!
