i think i might have a rest night tonight as had my worst run last night since i started, not sure if it was because i had a larger lunch than normal or if its because ive been out every night since sunday but legs felt like lead....so off to the pub tonight, then girli day tomorow with a friend shopping at blue water....off to the pub and then sunday is a day of rest...not the dreaded ironing!!!!

Well I'm running, revising, running, and revising some more

I've also got a leaving do at a pub/restaurant tomorrow evening. There's 31 of us and I had the responsibility of organising the venue and making sure the menu was ordered etc

So I'm fretting a little bit

Saturday - a run followed by a nice long cycle ride along the banks of the Humber

Sunday - swimming then chilling with my PS3

Bit late on this one, but I'm working today. As you can see I'm flat out. Tonight we are out for a meal for my sisters birthday then tomorrow we are out again for my sister in laws birthday. What a bloody expense, and the wife wonders why I'm doing overtime!!!
