This thread is very much alive. It's just sleeping at the moment.

It's very good to see how many Scottish Runners are now using this site.

I've updated the map.

Assuming those who were initially interested still are, the most central point to all seems to be roughly around the Dunfermline / Kirkcaldy / Edinburgh area.

I had moved to the family section in the Lisbon Lions stand 7 years ago because my son wanted to go, so didn't get the OF games as part of the package, just relocated this season so Sunday was the first I'd been to since then. Feeling equally gutted, but sitting looking at you post and thinking of the score it suddenly came back to me that my first ever OF game was all the way back in 1968, score 2-4. We went on to win the treble and reached QF of European Cup - that would do me again !

Find a date folks, that is what did it for us.

Shame it is a little far for Scotland. Maybe the summer one could be a little higher.

I might do this one - hadn't planned on doing any more races until next year, but if its a 'social' - it would be good to meet up with a few of you guys

However - I have an awful lot going on over the next couple of months, so I will need to check out a few things before signing up officially

Sounds like you have got a Scottish social

Thats about as many as we have coming down south. Best thing is it's on the same day so we will be able to merge the league table afterwards

I will definately be at the race!

I might not race, if my shin splints haven't cleared up by then, but I'll at least come along to cheer on the other RF forumites. Considering the race is ten minutes from my house, it would be rude not too.
