On the subject, how long should you have a pair of runners before changing them? I seem to be going through mine quite quickly

I think there is a gap in the market for a forum which is run by runners for runners. So if anyone has anything they would like to see on here just let me know. A spell checker was suggested earlier today which I've added that this afternoon.

Hi there, is this site commercially backed? All this talk about sponsoring events and giving out free X-Socks (which are the best socks in the world I hasten to add), - I'm guessing its not just some random runner who knows a bit of web design (really nice looking site btw!)?
