It's still hot! What running does this weekend bring?

Track session for me tomorrow and a long run Sunday I think.

BPTT this morning - slow really (but I would have called it fast 3 months ago!)

Cycle this afternoon

Run tomorrow morning

Then "learn 2 run" tomorrow lunchtime - will let you know what I think....

I had an easy 4 miles on saturday, then 15.5 mile long slow one on sunday and a rest day yesterday. it was good to finally get out when it was raining and cooler (well, it was in edinburgh at least)! Going for some interval work at the town moor tonight, if I ever get away from work!!!!!

Hi Dan, unfortunately no, I am trying to get some quality training in before a half mara in September. I take it you are doing it? Is it part of your club champs? Next race for me is the 5K in exhibition park.

I am indeed, I think it's a grand prix race tonight... not sure though. I'm also doing that 5k on Exhibition Park so say hello if you see me!
