Swimming trainig techniques

I read Troopers request for info re training techniques in the pool. Try these 2 if you need to go to the pool as a result of injury or just to vary things. Guaranteed lung busters.

For both you need a float or kick board.

1) Do front crawl kick. Arms ouststretched. Kick hard but keep heels in water. Don't let them beak the surface. Gradully drop your legs towards the bottom so that they ar 45degrees to your body and keep kicking.
2) Kick front crawl kick orn indeed breast stroke - hold float out flat on water. Turn float so that it is perpendicular to the water and sink it and kick against it. Vary the depth of the float to max out.

Hope this makes sense.
