Would like a challenge but am a baby in running terms, just started and still very slow compared to you guys, I am however proud of the fact I get off my butt and do it regardless of my speed. xx
just run my first race (first run in ages) 5k and it took 38 mins, have got a 10k at the end of Sept.
Thanks in advance!! and go easy on me :-)
