Yes i did think that was maybe quite a lot to shave off in one go but was just pushing you.
2.15 is still a good target as is taking off 6 mins. Ok how about sub 2.16 for your next half?

Ok I accept my next half is Four Villages on 17 Jan - its not completely flat but I'm hoping to do Wrexham as well in February which is more of a PB course. I'm also dithering about doings Hawestwater at the beginning of March but I'm definitiely doing Coniston 14 again at the end of March

Tonight was weird. It's the first time I've ever run all the way on my 6 miler (I normally walk up the 2 mahoosive hills). But I still managed to do it in 55:30, which- I think- is the same as my last 10k where I walked up the hills
Love running now

Im glad you enjoy it, thats what keeps us doing it, I started running at night in the dark, I went a bit faster, I think in daylight I try to compose myself and not pant past people, when its dark no one knows you so I just go for it, really enjoyed pushing myself a bit last week, cant wait to go out tom again after my nightshift week.
