Not talking duels but members putting reasonable running challenges to other members...Granty has accepted the first one I put to him being 7:45 miling within 3 months.

i have a few challenges in mind for myself!! sub 2 hour half on the 26th and a sub 50 10k on the 10th may.
Ive said it now! However i need sub challenges on the run up to these events- any challengers out there?

How about holding 8.0 - 8.11 minute miles for 5 miles.....before the end of the month? That should see you on track Sara!

haha. I was going to challenge you to do two sub five minute miles back to back
I will accept your challenge, but may have to wait until June as I plan to do a a few 1 mile races, but was avoiding May because of the marathon. There is a one mile race on May 28, which I might still do, but probably too close to the marathon and may affect my ability to meet Sturunner's challenge of a sub 3 marathon
