Question smooth treadmills

I intend to buy a "smooth" treadmill in the near future but wondered whether any of you out there have ever bought direct from smoothfitness.co.uk?
If so what was the service like? As they seem to use a european call centre which concerned me a bit.
Other than that, does anyone no of a decent dealer that supplies the "smooth" range?
ta.

Received it on wednesday.Very impressed with the service and the treadmill itself. The reviews were very accurate.I've had a couple of sessions on it so far at times of the day that I wouldn't think about going out the door.
Only thing is,it does take up a lot of room even when folded but I have
no excuses now!
Does anyone else use a treadmill as a small or significant part of their training?

Just out of interest, what is a 'smooth' treadmill?
