It actually 11 weeks on Sunday (or 80 days  ). I can't believe how quickly the weeks are flying past though.
I had a bit of a set back with the pulled muscle in my back, which probably meant I didn't run as relaxed as usual on Sunday, so that may have contributed to my 'recovering' leg not feeling too good.
I haven't run since Sunday and my back is getting better...I can breath in deeper now without feeling any discomfort in my back.
I'm planning on going for my long run this Sunday as usual but probably won't do anything much til then... maybe 2 or 3 the day before just to loosen my legs up.
My training pace equates to sub 4 so hopefully, so long as everything goes to plan, I should be able to aim for 3.45... which would be nice because that would give me GFA for London 2008
