with a time like that for the HM, can you wear a costume and run at silverstone in a couple of weeks with my number? (shhh, dont tell Lisa or Laura though lol)

Ah you will be great! I have run Silverstone twice before really enjoyed it too, so you will have a great day, you have put in so much effort go enjoy it! it's the RULES

What is the costume you are wearing?

oh i do plan on enjoying it . im not planning on wearing a ccostume, but i think they would notice a bit easier if you went dressed as normal pretending to be me. at least inside a banana etc you could get away with it

i dont expect to keep the pace i had today, but when i did a half in training i managed to dip under 2 and a half hours so will be happy if i can do that again. ideally aim towards 2h 15 and see if i make it. whatever time gets put down, the aim is to beat it at the GNR

doh! I see now, I got stuck behind someone running in a lucozade bottle the last time I ran it ha ha

there should be plenty of reports that weekend. off the top of my head also running ...
