So I have just entered a 10 miler for 4 weeks time. The furthest I have ever run is 7.5Miles which I do once or twice a week. I generally run 1 speed session 3 miles or so, one tempo 4.5 miles or so as I was working towards a 10k but decided on this instead.
So I guess I need to add a bit more distance to my LSD run to take it to about 10 miles over the next 3 weeks, what else should I do in the time I have left? Add another mile to the temp runs?? I don't want to overdo it
