I was a jack of all trades at a young age, absolutely loved sport of all shapes and forms, then at grammar school I was introduced to rugby and cricket - never enjoyed either of them and never will.

I think I pulled a sicky for rugby once but other than that I was a good boy!

I loved PE and every sport we did. I do live in Scotland so wasnt subject to cricket thank goodness (sorry!). 1st passion, and still probably is, was football but as we always played this anyway so PE tended to be made up of rugby, athletics, badminton, basketball, trampoline and volleyball.

Loved the rugby, I was one of the few not scared to get stuck in so got the most out of it. Athletics for me at school was more about javelin and discus rather that running. Really like volleyball and basketball too. Wish I had used my good PE grades to go to university for some sports degree. Would have been far more exciting heading into work than it currently is...

I hated football and cricket. I loved track and field and tennis. Guess I preferred individual sports, because I always preferred competing against myself. Although, surprisingly, I never really enjoyed cross country. I was always better at the sprints, and long jump and high jump. Now I seem to have better stamina and so like long-distance running. My mile time is better now (I'm almost 34) than it was when I was 16.

I always hated hockey and netball...mainly because i rember it always being played in the cold..with teacher shouting ther was no reason to be scared of the ball/stick...and there was catching a netball in the freezing cold HURTS and getting fingers crushe between sticks is equally painful!! I think there is an evil sadistic side to female gym teachers (no offence to anyone here who may be!! I'm sure your nice to people taht arent pupils)!!

I did however love trampolining - was crap at it but it was fun, and even now at the mature age of 23 I love summer coz i can put the trampoline up in the garden (such a big child at times!)! I liked swimming - coz I did a lot of competitive swimming as a kid so I was always best at that in the class and that made me happy!! And liked all aquarelated things - esp water polo..especially as we got to play at the boys school...!!
