In fact I've never lost a toe nail, or had one go balck or anything, including dropping various things on my feet and having a car drive over my toes!

I have feet of steel (or maybe titanium, steel would rust with all the sweat )

I'm a beauty therapist and can identify a runners feet (and whether they're left or right handed!) on sight.

Sometimes I'm wrong when I ask, "Do you run?" but on those occassions it's ususally ski-ers.

I keep my toe nails ridiculously short and rub in Phenomen Oil (by Jessica) http://www.jessicacosmetics.com/miva...uct_Code=up160 and only put polish on for special occassions and remove it immediatly afterwards, as it dehydrates the nail. Whilst my nails do look short - they're still there!

Most Jessica approved salons will stock the oil. It can also be used on dry elbows, knees and hands. My knuckles crack in this weather and it really does help.

I'm not paid by commission by the way!

I don't run nearly enough and my toes are a bit wrong anyway, my mate says they remind him of streaky bacon (...??) ha! Lord knows what my feet will look like when I pick up my distances!
