Ran the Southend 10k yesterday.

last year this was my first ever race,and I proudly finished in 53:47.

A year later,with 1200 miles training and a lot of races behind me I finished in a time of 47:19.

Am I pleased....? You bet.

Great news Dave, you really have worked hard for that, just by looking at the mileage you put in on the (Great Wall of China) and the other thread aswell. You deserve to knock a staggering amount off your original PB - I am most chuffeded (wise word once said by GoSlow I do believe) for you
