you aren't my dad are you??? Sounds like a familiar story.

Of course your not he's retired from running, although I've been trying to goad him out with promises of whooping his ass should he run and get fit again. Even though I know that if he gets back to it he'd eventually be a faster than me (even though he's nearly twice my age). I'd just like to see him running again!!
