I first started running Jan 07, and now have a charity position for my first marathon with Spinal Injuries Unit to run the FLM in April......

The Spinal Injuries Association is the national organisation of the UK's 40,000 spinal cord injured people. SIA provides a helpline, conducts research, campaigns and offers a peer support network, a link Scheme and a website. Promoting self-help through the sharing of experiences and advice, SIA believes that life needn't stop when you're paralysed.
