YAY for good days...

I know this is a little bit of a self indulgent post...

I just got in from what seems like the first good run Ive done since Ive started out again!! Managed to go much further and found it much easier than I have in ages - so hoorah - isn't it great when you get those days!!

I know what you mean. I had the first good one since Christmas on Monday. Then had a crap one last night walked/ran the last 2 miles in freezing fog. Just couldn't do it.

I had one of those runs yesterday, felt great when I got home, but went for a quick 3-miler today and felt like i was dragging sack of spuds along with me lol - tad more frustrating! Keep it up anyways :-)
