Steve does indeed look more like Billy Whizz than I'd expected
Trin, you're right, that hill was carnage - Mr Garmin says I hit 187bpm running up it  I feel surprisingly good today - most painful part of my whoel body is my nips! the light mist and muggyness were the perfect ingredients to give my runnersforum optimum chafing ability! I felt I ran well, and although I was a way off my PB (as expected) baring in mind the course was most certainly NOT a PB course, I did better than I'd expected.
Great race though, perfect weather (for me) and even better to meet y'all... I shall certainly look forward to the next one
Funny how you forgot to post a link to the most important photo of all eh Trin?
Our Trinity and Her Trophy
Funnily enough I found myself heading back in the same direction today on my way to Santa Pod! lol.
