Did Newton Aycliffe 10k yesterday, not sure what my official time is yet as it wasn't a chipped race. I forgot to stop the Garmin as I crossed the line but according to the Garmin that I started just after the gun went, I hit hit 6 miles at 48.55 mins so I'm probably roundabout 51 mins like I was on last month's attempt. we'll see
