not a huge amount 2 say...... looked at the cloud on the drive in and cursed.... that was going to burn off in a matter of minutes... so another hot sunny stratford.

ran faster than i have to start with.... lost a couple of minutes dealing with the hill 2nd time... then couldnt quite keep the pace high enough along the greenway. finished with a PB of only a few minutes 3:35

omething .... vs 3:39 last year which was a very nice negative split run.

Good stuff! I just wrote one of the longest posts ever describing my day, and yes, I was equally annoyed about teh sun coming out to play - I was genuinely looking forward to racing in the rain!
