As long as my Calf holds out, I'm going to attempt a long run on Sunday morning (Well, long for me) - hopefully a 8 - 9 mile run at a breathtakingly slow pace.

With the following weekend's Guy Fawkes '10' in mind I'll be doing a fairly fast 8 miles Saturday and a very steady 13 miles Sunday.
