re-calibrate map Garmin 301 Training Centre

I've had a Garmin 301 for some time now and it works well. The only problem is with the mapping software Training Centre that came with it. When I upload to my mac (and previous PC), the path of my run is about 300 metres off the road. Is there any way to calibrate it back onto the road? Garmin say their good mapping software is about £200 so I'm not going to buy that - Thanks

I don't know if the 301 training centre software is the same as the 305 one... but the maps are pretty crude - There is an option to export the data to google earth though? Does that improve the situation at all?

There are other pieces of software you could try such as motionbased? For simplicity i've just stayed with the standard garmin training centre.

Garmins are awesome

No idea about the mapping; mine's a 205, and with Google Earth sems to track where I'm running down to which side of the darned road I'm on!
