No worries. don't post your signin details or anything, that would be nuts. Maybe if I register with the Garmin site I'll be able to see it, I'll give it a try.

Got it, thanks Wayne.
A quest on HR training. Is it almost a given that if you are doing proper HR training you need to train alone?
I've done three runs this week so far, two on my own on the flat and my HR was low, one yesterday with the club over the south downs and my HR was all over the shop as your pace changes constantly as you run with others.

Good question Darren, I would say yes the best way to train to hr is alone, however, the lady training partner I train with sometimes, although has a higher max hr than me, the speed is more or less identical between us at the same percentage of max hr, (but only up to the lower end of aerobic threshold), so basically I mainly train on my own purely because of our different work commitments etc, but even when we train together, if it's an interval session we will start together and usually go around a park so she doesn't get left behind too much, but the speed differs once you get to 80-88% of max hr, you may find this to be the case with some of your club runners.

Thanks David, I'll probably play around with the thing and re title it and maybe change the colour of the display thingy, but just glad it actually works, I've been searching for something like this since they stopped letting the Garmin connect links work to show all the workouts

Wayne.. can make it look a lot nicer by doing this...
goto the activity in garmin connect
click share.. and then embed
copy the line of code.. it will be something like <iframe width='465' height='548' frameborder='0' src='http://connect.garmin.com:80/activity/embed/172139284'></iframe>
goto you blog and do a new post.. then press the html button and paste in the code and press publish..
look at mine to see how it will look. http://neilsteruk.blogspot.co.uk/

yeah works a treat
If you really want to be fussy and get rid the scroll bars then just adjust these iframe width='465' height='548' just make them 10 or so bigger
