.
A couple of months back (just before Christmas)
I came back from a long run and was wet from rain and sweat.
I was only wearing a tee shirt and my wife gasped at the sight of me.
I know I know, no silly comments about me scareing the wife
No what had happened was both my nipples had rubbed and my shirt
was red with blood (blood goes a long way when wet) I looked like a scene
from a disaster movie .
I've since got a compression top which keeps my manly mooobs in place
and I've never suffered since.
Cheers ozone

compression tops are ideal for eliminating chaffage - though vaseline (or 'bodyglide' if you're posh ) is sufficient for most people (just don't use too much vaseline or it'll stain your tops - a thin smear should be fine).
Failing that tape is still an option, even with hairy chests - you just have to use a bit more.

Do you go round bare chested often? If not consider shaving a little hair each side of the nipple and then tape. Works for me and a lot less painful on removal.

I wear my cycling tops at the moment and they are deliberatly tight so it hasn't been a great problem. Although I have had some strange blood spots. I wouldn't tape them personally I would use vasaline.

Vaseline works, Bodyglide is a little expensive but IMHO is cleaner and doesn't mark the top. First step for me would be to invest in some wicking clothing if you are running far enough for this to be an issue

Just look confident and ask for vaseline, they don't care what it is for. Or buy online and get it delivered. That is what I do with bodyglide
Last thought, say it is for a tattoo, it is what I was recommended to get
