nope, jumped from steel drum onto concrete pier while fishing , nothign in the way.

mate got it worse too, wasnt his feet tho :eek:

just got back from a 5 mile jog, didnt feel a thing. while if i walked on a studded pavement it would hurt like hell, anyway, theres a 10k race on friday, and hopefully i can do it, will be my first

As confident as I was at 3pm on Sunday!!

I don't think Winides are that strong so I think we should win the series but it depends on how the players react to the Oz mauling and how Moores man manages them all.

Looks like Ped. Fred will be out....Anderson's been called up. I'd like Shah to be given a go but suspect he'll be released and probably won't get back in the squad if Tresco is called back and Vaughan recovers.

I'll be in Ireland for the entirety so will miss the match...and the cup final though I've no interest in that to be honest.

I wonder what Twinks' views are?!

I imagine twinks thinks the toss is all important given the humid / swinging conditions for the early seamers
