foot injury is depressing
stupid foot other day at work all i did was stand up and my foot gave way then after that hurt to walk its just on the left foot above the ankle at the part that bends and most pain is on left side .so i rested this week only ran on monday on treadmill still hurt so rested till this morning went for a run wasent the best run ever as i felt crap anyway it was freezing cold but no pain in the foot went to bed got up its back hurts to walk again not much i can do but rest dont know how i can rest really as iv got to bike to work no bus i work nights and walk around for 9 hours pulling pallets about so rest is really out the question just hope it will go away because its depressing not running thats it now had my moan
