It's just me doing my" fiddler on the roof" impression.

those free running guys are nuts

Iwas going to try it but by the time i'd done a risk assessment and health and safety got involved, you know how it is!

In answer to your second question no it's just me trying to look busy when she came out with the camera

Ihave however started a new training regime in the mornings .It's up 1 2 down 1 2 then the other sock

No, Mr.C, haven't seen that particular post... and I've been through so many!
Do you think that when "she" came out with the camera, that she was hoping for one of those "You've Been Framed" moments?Attachment 58

You'll have to let us know if the new sock-training regime has any positive effects on your fitness.

Then you've got yer method statement, yer "free running" induction certificates, yer lumberjack tax... the list is endless.... you're right, those free runners are nuts...
