I've just realised that you're not doing FLM Dave... sorry It was coz you've been doing the training with FLMers that I got confused... I do get confused sometimes y'know

Well, the good news is that you haven't got to worry about getting your foot right in time for FLM...there's always something to be grateful for

Was glad to see you and your clan yesterday.Nice to have somebody to talk to after a race.

I apologise if I talk too much.(I know I am prone to this after I finish)........

My Foot/Ankle Has obviously decided to get revenge for running before it was ready.
Other than a slight ache it felt fine all day yesterday.

This morning I could hardly walk on it.It has lessened a bit during the day,but I think this could be a long rest.

Still,I don`t regret running yesterday.It just looks like I`m going to pay a price.......

Don't apologies really enjoyed the chat, I hope your ankle is ok for you soon at least you don't have anything else coming up just yet and you can take a good rest and get yourself back on track.

My sister got a PB of 2:24 her previous pb was 2:38 about 2 years ago her running has been a bit hit and miss, but she ran Brands Hatch only 4 weeks ago she paced herself well and did it in 2:50 so she really did whack some time off of that yesterday.

I even saw a cousin there yesterday who is training for the FLM, I wasn't expecting to see her and she did well too.

Ran 1:54:42 Yesterday and was really suprised considering the lack of training over the last few weeks.

It`s Granty who`s looking to break the 2 hours,

Terrifc Dave !! Give yourself at least a couple of days before contemplating a run again that should avoid any further setback ..

I'm sidelined at the moment wrenched the same knee in work got some wierd stuff going on now My foot keeps wanting to turn outwards for no appearent reason AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!! i hate it when i can't run!

Well played there, Dave! Considering the injury, that's a faster time than I can do it in thus far too! I know you're in pain but you probably would have felt worse if you hadn't given it a crack yesterday. All you have to do now is concentrate on your recovery and getting back to full fitness again. Best wishes and well done once again.
