Today I go to doctor due to the problem mentioned in http://www.runnersforum.co.uk/injury...ter-aches.html
The doctor said after examination that the problem is Kondromalasi patella..And in overall I have stable leg but I pushed too much sport..I shall improve my muscles he said...
Fod some time I shall swim..then cycle and then I can start running..
He adviced me not to force myself feel my body and behave accordingly..
The limit of improving leg is as much as lifting 5 kg with your leg 1 minute while leg is staright forward..
My humbleadvice to every beginner is
1)Do not force in firs days.
2)Improve your muscles and then start running
3)Increase the difficulty level step by step not suddenly...........

It's very easy to do too much too soon... take it easy, especially as you're running on concrete.

Concrete is probably the worst surface you can possibly run on as it is so very hard. If you can find ANYTHING else to run on it would be beneficial.
