Wondering if anyone else has had something similar....
A pain in my right calf that feels like a bruise about half way up the calf. Its only cropping up after a run and usually within 24hours, it's gone. It's a niggle only when running over 3miles when I come to think of it and I'm running 3 times a week.
I stretch before and after all my runs too If anyone is wondering.
