I've pulled my calf & can't run at the moment, which is a little worrying as I have the NY marathon in less than 9 weeks
Sat did a 30k sprint on the spin bike in 53 mins, then a class & then went & did a 40 mile ride over the North Downs.
Took it easy on Sunday only a 2 hour spin session.
Now about to cycle to work & hopefully will try & run again on Sunday
